Shipping Policy

[Shipping Process] Our dried flower works are created at the Doraifurawa atelier in Huzhou, China, and shipped directly to the customer.

• Shipping Carrier: China Post / EMS / ePacket or other international postal services

  • After the parcel arrives in the destination country or region, final delivery is usually handled by the local postal service or a local delivery partner.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions.

  • The estimated delivery time shown on the product page, checkout page, or shipping confirmation email should be used as the latest reference.

[Tracking] A tracking number will be issued for every order. You can check the delivery status through the link in the shipping confirmation email or through the tracking service of the postal carrier.

[Packaging] Each order is carefully packed to help protect the dried flowers during international shipping. Depending on the product, we use reinforced boxes, cushioning materials, and moisture-resistant protective packaging such as aluminum film bags.

Please note that dried flowers are delicate natural materials. Although we pack each order carefully, minor movement, natural shedding, or slight changes in shape may occur during international shipping.
