[Shipping Destinations]
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

[Shipping Costs]
Standard shipping to destinations available at checkout is free. Prices displayed for Japan include applicable consumption tax. Orders to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore are shipped free of charge via China Post ePacket (e邮宝). You pay only the amount shown when placing your order. We cover any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance, quarantine-related fees, and other delivery-related charges; these are not charged separately to you. For destinations outside these four regions, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply separately depending on the destination.

[Order Processing]
After an order is confirmed, we normally prepare it for dispatch within 0–2 business days.

[Transit Time]
Orders ship from the Doraifurawa atelier in Huzhou, China. Delivery to Japan usually takes about 7–14 days after dispatch. Transit times to the United States, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, and other destinations vary by address, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions.

[Total Estimated Time]
For Japan, the estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is usually about 7–16 days. Total delivery times outside Japan vary by destination, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions. Customs, weather, international transport, carrier operations, and busy periods may cause delays.

[Shipping Process]
To protect their quality, Doraifurawa dried flower works are made and packed at our atelier in Huzhou, China, then shipped directly to the customer.

• Shipping Carrier: China Post, EMS, ePacket, or another international postal service

  • After a parcel arrives in the destination country or region, final delivery is usually handled by a local postal service or delivery partner.

[Tracking]
Every order receives a tracking number. You can check its status using the link in the shipping confirmation email or the carrier's tracking service.

[Packaging]
We carefully pack each order using reinforced boxes, cushioning material, and, where appropriate, moisture-resistant packaging such as aluminum film bags to help protect it from impacts and moisture during international shipping.

Dried flowers are delicate natural materials. Despite careful packing, minor shedding, movement, or changes in shape may occur during transit.

[Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items]
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email doraifurawa.shop@gmail.com ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the item's condition.
