Shipping Destinations and Additional Fees: Standard shipping to destinations available at checkout is free. Orders to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore are shipped free of charge via China Post ePacket (e邮宝). You pay only the amount shown when placing your order. We cover any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance, quarantine-related fees, and other delivery-related charges; these are not charged separately to you. For destinations outside these four regions, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply separately depending on the destination.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery Time: After an order is confirmed, we normally prepare it for dispatch within 0–2 business days. Delivery to Japan usually takes about 7–14 days after dispatch. For Japan, the total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is usually about 7–16 days. Transit and total delivery times outside Japan vary by destination, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions. Customs, weather, carrier operations, and busy periods may cause delays.
Change-of-Mind Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer convenience or a change of mind. Rights granted by applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws still apply. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos or video showing the item’s condition, and photos of the outer box and packaging. After confirmation, we will arrange a full refund, a replacement if stock or production is available, or another reasonable solution agreed by both parties. Do not damage or dispose of the item before we review your request; first send photos of the item and packaging as received.
Return Shipping and Fees: For approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims, we cover return shipping if we ask you to return the item. No return administration or restocking fee applies to these claims. Do not return an item without prior approval.
Non-Delivery Due to Customs, Biosecurity, or Import Refusal: If we can reasonably confirm that an order could not be delivered because of customs, biosecurity, or import refusal, we refund the full amount you paid to our store for that order, normally to the original payment method. Please email us with tracking information or relevant notices. If you never received the item, no photo of a damaged or disposed item is required.
Refund Processing and Statutory Rights: Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund. Actual timing depends on the payment provider. Nothing on this page limits rights granted by applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

Order Validity: We may cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed after the order is placed.
